Terms and conditions: The contract is nominative, bookings will only become effective on our agreement, and after reception of the filled booking form and the payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount and 20 € as booking fees. A writing confirmation will be sent by post. The balance of the stay has to be paid on the day of arrival. For accommodations, no reduction will be made in case of late arrival or early departure.
Mobile home: For a week, the rental shall be available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and be leaved until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. For overnight stays, the rental shall be available from 11 a.m. on the day of arrival and be leaved until 5 p.m. on the day of departure.
Campsite pitch: The pitch welcomes 6 persons maximum. It shall be available from midday on the day of arrival and be leaved before midday on the day of departure.
Modification of booking form: Any and all changes in the number or identity of the persons initially prescribed by the booking form shall mandatorily be indicated to our reception the same day. The accommodations and campsite pitches are hired out to a specific number of people. Any extra person will be refused. All bookings are made in the name of one specific tenant, and may under no circumstances be sublet or transferred.
Deposit: For all stay, a deposit shall be required on the day of arrival.
For accommodations, a 300 € deposit shall be required for damages and a 60 € deposit for cleaning. These deposits will be returned on the day of departure if absence of damages and perfect cleanness. Any damage done to the accommodation or its equipment and missing objects will be paid by the tenant. For a campsite pitch, a 20€ deposit shall be required for the pass for the gate and the swimming-pool bracelets. This deposit will be returned on the day of departure.
Cleaning: Tenants are in charge of the cleaning and the accommodation shall be returned in a complete state of cleanness. Otherwise, the deposit of 60€ will not be returned as cleaning charges.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation of your part, the reservation fees shall be retained or you shall owe them to us, and an amount equal to 20% of the cost in full for the stay if you cancel more than 30 days before the prescribed date of your arrival, an amount equal to the total cost of your stay if you cancel fewer than 30 days before the prescribed date of your arrival or if you do not appear as of this date.
Delayed arrival: In the absence of a written message from the client specifying that he must delay the date of arrival, the accommodation or pitch shall become available 24 hours subsequent to the arrival date prescribed by the booking form and the payment in full for the services shall be remain required.
Insurance: The tenant shall have a liability insurance.
Swimming-pool: Open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. in July and August and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in low season. Access authorized to persons wearing trunks strictly reserved for swimming, shorts are prohibited. Wearing of pool bracelets mandatory. Parents are responsible for their children.
Pets: Pets are accepted on campsite pitch and in some accommodations (except dogs which belong to the first and second categories). Pets have to be kept on a leash and be vaccinated. Under no circumstances shall pets remain alone at the campsite. Only one pet is allowed per accommodation and an extra charge of 3€ per night.
Visitors: visitors are under responsibility of their hosts and have to respect the intern rules of the campsite. Visitor vehicles shall be parked outside the campsite. Visitors have to pay a tax for dishes and to have access to infrastructures in the campsite. Their presence has to be indicated to the reception. They have to leave before 10 p.m.
Vehicle: Only one vehicle is authorized per place. It’s not possible to park on the neighbouring places.
Noise: Circulation of vehicles shall be limited to 10 km/h and shall be prohibited in the campsite between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. From 11 p.m. each shall mandatorily respect his or her neighbour’s right to rest. Those responsible for noise or disturbance shall be expelled without reimbursement.
Litigation: In case of litigation, only the commercial court of Lorient will be Conditions générales de location
